Apostille limits
Apostille requirements may vary depending on the document and destination country. Customers may need to verify requirements with the appropriate authority. We do not issue apostilles, and we do not guarantee government processing times or outcomes. Not every document automatically qualifies.
Information you send
Contact, question, scheduling, and intake forms collect only the details needed to respond. Do not include bank passwords or extra identity numbers. Until a private delivery method (such as a form webhook or encrypted storage) is connected, submissions generate a confirmation on your device and are not placed in a public folder.
Document files
PDF, JPG, and PNG files can be selected for review. Type and size are checked on your device. Files are not stored at a public URL. Private cloud storage with access controls should be configured before original sensitive documents are accepted electronically.
