Mobile Notary Services

Notarization at a home, office, hospital, or other agreed location.

Mobile notarization brings the appointment to you when travel is difficult or documents cannot easily leave a location. Valid identification is required, and signers generally must appear in person.

Travel is offered throughout Central Texas. Exact travel details are confirmed when you schedule.

Who this is for

Individuals, families, and offices who need a notary to come to them — including homebound signers, busy workplaces, and locations where documents should stay on site.

Typical documents

  • Affidavits and sworn statements
  • Powers of attorney
  • Contracts and agreements that require a notarial act
  • School, medical, or vehicle paperwork when a notary is required

What to expect

  • An appointment time confirmed with you
  • An agreed time and location
  • In-person appearance by the signer, unless a different act applies
  • Identity verification and completion of the notarial certificate

What you’ll need

  • Valid photo identification for each signer
  • The unsigned document, unless we confirm otherwise
  • All required signers present at the appointment

How to start

Complete the mobile notary intake form or schedule an appointment. Tell us the location, the type of document, and how many signers will be there.

The intake form is open. Michelle will add the remaining service-specific questions next. You can send your contact information now.

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
